Highest-ranked musician on the Forbes China Celebrity 100 (current year)

On 20 August 2021, singer/actor/dancer Jackson Yee (China, b. Yi Yangqianxi) retained his position at the top of the Forbes China Celebrity 100, with the 16th edition of the list taking into account influence and earnings in the 12 months to 30 June 2021. Yee, 20, is a member of the Chinese boy band TFBoys and has also scored solo hits including “Free Falling” and “Fall”. His latest album, Back Seat Theater, was released on 27 November 2020.

Yee topped the Celebrity 100 ahead of Yibo Wang (actor), Jia Ling (actress/director), Yang Mi (actress) and Jay Chou (singer), with his TFBoys bandmate Karry Wang (aka Wang Junkai) at No.9.

Yee was ranked No.1 in Forbes’ 2020 list (ahead of actor/director Xu Zheng and actress Zhou Dongyu) and No.8 in 2019, when actor/director Wu Jing was at No.1.
